Every year Christmas is celebrated on 25 December. According to Christianity, this day is celebrated because they believe Jesus was born on that day. This festival is very important for Christian people worldwide.
Christmas Story
According to some stories, a lady named Mary, to whom one night God sent an angel named Gabriel. The angel told Mary that you are going to become the mother of the child of God, she has to give the name of Jesus.
At first, the angel was scared to hear all this, but she had faith in God, so she agreed. The angel told Mary that you have to live with her cousin Elizabeth and her husband Zachariah because they will soon be the parents of a child who will make way for Jesus. The angel who came in the dream had said that Jesus would mean the savior who would be the benefactor for the people.
Joseph married Mary and it was time to have a child, so he decided to make his journey a little slower. They could not find any inn as soon as they reached Bethlehem. Then Joseph and Mary took the feet of the cows instead of the goats where Jesus was born. It is said that Jesus was kept in the temple after his birth.
When the shepherds came there to collect their goats, they saw that one shift in front of your angel told them again that the son of God has been born to you. When he saw the child with Yusuf, Mary, he became happy. A King named Harodesh wanted to kill Jesus as some of the prophets said that this star in the sky is a sign of the arrival of a new king.
On hearing this, King Harodesh gave orders to the soldiers to go in that direction and kill any children found at that place. Yusuf and Mary left Egypt and went to Israel while escaping from the king. The king was so old and he died. So this was the story of Jesus coming to earth.

People decorate their house and Christmas tree. The house is decorated with garlands, candles, holly, and ivy.
